As Sawyer Sound begins to develop, here are answers to some frequently asked questions that we have been receiving - of course, if you'd like additional information, please do not hesitate to contact us at anytime.


What is your timeline?

Site preparation has been completed. Site selection and a reservation deposit can place you in a priority reservation position. Home plans can be designed and priced out right now. Download your RESERVATION FORM.


What are my builder/home choices?

Cam Bradford Builder stock plans are available as well as 100% custom designed home plans. Please visit www.cambradford.com for more information.


When will I be able to view the lots?

Now. Please contact John R. Gordon at 407.488.8802 to arrange a viewing and tour.


What are the regulations on home size/style?

The lot sizes are 1/2 acre and larger, and the minimum build is 3,000 square feet. Final designs have not been completed, but the home style will be Mediterranean, Contemporary and French Country, with no two homes looking alike. You may view our new model slicks by CLICKING HERE.


What are the home prices?

Home prices will start in the low $800's while LOT prices will start in the $200's.


Will the community be gated/manned?

Sawyer Sound at Little Lake Sawyer will be a secured/gated community, however, the attendant details are currently being reviewed and finalized.


What are the HOA dues?

The budget is currently being finalized and pending approval. We estimate that monthly HOA dues will fall somewhere between $250-350 per month. Please note that this is only an ESTIMATE.


What schools are in this area?

Sawyer Sound is directly across the street from the world renowned Windermere Preparatory School, but is also zoned for Sunset Park Elementary, Bridgewater Middle School and West Orange High School.


Any other additional information available?

Sawyer Sound at Little Lake Sawyer is just 2-3 miles from the Walt Disney World Resort. The Winter Garden Village at Fowler's Grove and a new Florida Hospital (coming soon) are also close by. The world renowned Windermere Preparatory School is within walking distance and LakeSide Village is nearby for many shopping and dining needs. Downtown Orlando and the Orlando International Airport are also easily accessible via the 429, Florida's Turnpike and Interstate 4.
